- Call for special family Pilates rates
- Stretch Your Life will design a private workout routine suitable for you at home, on the road or at work.
- Stretch Your Life will be your coach and assist you in working toward your health and wellness goals.
- This is a fully equipped studio with Reformer, Wunda Chair, Trapeze Table/Cadillac.
- At-home service is available with an additional $15 fee per session. Subject to availability.
Policies:
- To book a private or semi-private session please call studio for availibilty.
- All private or semi-privates sessions must be cancelled 24 hours before appointment. If not cancelled full fee will apply.
- All drop in classes, private, semi-privates must be completed within 12 months.
- All Classes must be made up within the session. Phone for availability of space in desired class.
- For medical concerns a pro-rated refund is available less administration fees of $25
- Please no perfumes or colones in studio
