Strengthen upper back and arms and
maintain good posture.
Sitting tall on the ball, legs and feet hip width apart .Hold the band in both hands, palms forward. Keep your shoulders and arms wide with mild tension in the band. Glide your arm pit muscles down toward your hips throughout the movement. Inhale. As you exhale, glide the shoulder blades down and wide, and pull the band apart. Inhale and rotate to the right. Exhale and return to centre. Repeat on the left side.
