Pilates Shell

In-between Shoulder Stretch

Start on all fours with a tube in front and a little ball to the right.

Sit back toward your heels. Place your right hand on the tube with thumb pointing toward ceiling, tube under side of wrist. Place the left hand on the little ball, wrist and hand in same position as above.

  • Inhale to prepare.
  • Exhale. Let your head follow the little ball as you press away.
  • Inhale and return to start.
  • Repeat 3 time. On the last exhale, press away a little more and then inhale and return to start.

Repeat other side.
